I feel like this company basically took my money and left me to figure things out for myself. After calling me two hours after the carrier contacted me directly did I hear from Jason. I received more generic form emails about how great they were versus personal contact. In fact I never got a call from him to update me about my shipment unless I called first and then a week after I opened the window for shipping he told me the best course was to increase the bid by $100, $1350 from WA-TX. For $200 I feel like I got ripped, I wish I had gone and called carriers directly myself, great experience with my carrier NW Express Trucking, next time I will call them myself and save $200. Picked up car tonight and never heard from Ship a Car after they sent me an email asking for $200 and I paid them. Disappointing customer service for what you pay for.

Thank you for your feedback, Bog. Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service, we have refunded your fee. Your move was a tough one because of the pick-up area and the size of the vehicle, and despite our efforts there weren't options that matched your preferences.
