My husbands mother passed away on Easter and she left him her Firebird Formula. The car meant a great deal to her. My husband and her shared a love of muscle cars and this Firebird was her pride and joy. Needless to say it meant a lot to my husband to get the car here. The car had not been driven since 1999, but it had been garage kept. I first contacted one transport company that never called us back. Then I contacted King of the Road transport, and they were in a big hurry to get us to sign and send them a contract, but as soon as that was done they would not return our calls or emails. The few times I got thru, they would tell me that there were no routes being run from Georgia to Missouri. Finally on a whim I contacted Empire Auto Transport and talked to Matt. HE WAS GREAT. He called when he promised, got us scheduled quickly and completely honored the price he quoted. Even when we were assured the car was up on the wheels and tires and ready for the truck to pickup, and it turned out that it wasn't, Matt had another truck right out to pick up the car at no additional cost to us. I am in customer service and really appreciate it when I get good customer service. This was truly EXCEPTIONAL service and I highly recommend this company.
