I think the representative Portia and their collaboration company Unified Auto Trans Corp did a good job, even if the date to pick up my car was late.

First, the carrier and driver took care of my care very well. As I got my car in the destination, I did not see any additional damage. The driver was friendly as well, arriving at the place for pick-up on time. Since the arrival time of the car was also late, the company even called me directly to let me know when I could get the car.

Secondly, the representative Portia was helpful. She helped me communicate with Unified Auto Trans Corp well. As I found the company did not pick up the car in the schedule day, she called the company so they picked my car soon. Also she looked at the available promotion. It helps!

Something I can suggest: 1. design the report system that once the customer pays the down payment, the system will automatically lock the time slop to pick up the car, also send the message to the company that the customer reserves the spot, so it is Ok to pick up the car. 2. tracker to let the customer know where the car is on the cellphone or the computer.
