We shipped our Mustang down to our son and daughter-in-law. After doing quite a bit of online research, we decided to use Patriot Auto Transport. We're glad we did. In entering information for the quote, we had used Monday, July 7th, as the first available date figuring nothing was going to happen on or near the July 4th holiday. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised when Michael called us the evening of July 3rd - the same day we accepted the quote - and asked if we could have the car ready for pick-up at 7:00 am the next morning. The car was picked up at my workplace, on time, by a courteous and efficient driver from US Cargo Lines. It was delivered to our son seven days later, within 5 miles of his home, without incident. I called US Cargo Lines once during the transport and was given the long-haul driver's name and phone number. When I spoke with him, he was polite and gave me a detailed update of his progress and expected delivery day and time. The entire experience was a good one. The price we paid seemed reasonable and fair - in line with most of the other quotes we received; not the lowest and not the highest. The broker fee to Patriot was $145. The driver for US Cargo Lines was paid the transport fee of $500 upon delivery. Every situation is different. But based on our experience this time, we would definitely recommend Patriot Auto Transport and use them again ourselves in the future.
