Pros: Honest, faster pickup than I asked for (a good thing), professional driver, arrived in perfect condition

Cons: A little on the disorganized side

Bottom line I would recommend Autostar. They have a large number of drivers and the driver Paul was able to pick up my car faster than I had expected (scheduled for the day after I contacted them).

The only negative is even though my car has been delivered, I still do not have a contract. I received an incorrect contract that had a simple typo in it. I asked for a new contract multiple times and was told multiple times that I should have a new contract soon. The car was delivered. The driver, Paul, did a nice job. Sean the sales guy pretty much ignored me.

So, great initial service, professional driver, just a bit disorganized after the deposit was made. Since everything went well this becomes more of just a hassle than anything else. I do believe Autostar would have honored the contract had something actually gone. It is just something that should have been taken care of right away.

I am glad, although not surprised that the vehicle was shipped in good time and arrived in perfect condition.
