Dale was helpful in finding me a truck driver upon short notice. He was also helpful in explaining the shipping process and things to look out for. I was suggest not to leave any valuable items in the trunk as they were not insured.

The truck driver was 1 day late (than the estimated date) in picking up the vehicle but it was ok. He told me he would probably deliver my vehicle the next weekend but on Thursday he called me and said it was ready in the evening.

The truck could not go to my place as it was a 75 ft long truck. It parked at a ramp into an interstate so the driver was kind of worried about the police coming over and giving him a ticket. I took less time than I would have to inspect the car. The car was quite dirty and the driver told me it was raining when he drove here.

After I signed the Bill of Lading and drove back home, I noticed there was a 2 inch scratch on the right rear bumper cover. Dale told me there was nothing they could do since it was not documented on the Bill of Lading. Overall speaking it was a good experience, and the scratch part was part of my fault, too. Lesson learned is to take time to inspect the car, especially when it is dirty.

Thank you for your positive feedback, you mention some great tips. We don't recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle either. And you are right: cars do arrive dirty after being transported over thousands of miles.
