Overall it was a positive experience given the nature of the car transport business. Amerifreight ensured the vehicle was delivered as advertised to Seaside CA at a reasonable price. Their price was approximately $150 better than other offers. One issue we had with the order was the delivery address. We contracted for a shipment to Seaside CA and I added a $100 after Amerifrieght found a driver working for SUV Transport out of MA delivering 7 cars to San Jose who wanted more money. Somehow in that hand off the delivery address was switched to San Jose rather than Seaside. I wasnt home and my wife didnt catch it on the bill of lading. I didnt catch it on my receipt from Amerifreight. At the time of delivery SUV Transport tried to get more money out of my son to deliver in Seaside rather than San Jose but he told them he wasnt paying more money and he called Amerifrieght and requested they work it out with SUV Transport which they did. Amerifrieght made it work. Good Job!
