Where should I start.... let me include you all into everything so when Webster decides to comment back, they don't have much to back up themselves with to try and look like they did all they can do. Please reviewers take in this comment knowing that I am just trying to give you an open mind on what might happen if you decide to trust webster like I did. saving you from a huge mistake if you decide to go to them. Some people have had great experiences according to other reviews but I'm going to share my experience and hope none of you go through this like I did.
First off I contacted Webster June 27th request an immediate transfer of my car on July 5th or 6th to arrive on the 12th or 13th they informed that it coulddddddd be done, they seemed so sure and full of energy to help, so what do I do ,I trust them and make a deposit. number one mistake!!!!! Never go through a company who wants a deposit!!! Please take my word for it!! I than was informed that I wouldn't be arriving to my destination until July 15th so I called and they pushed it back to July 7, 8th to be picked up. Neverrrrr at this time did they inform me that it may not be done, that they may not find trucker to pick up my car on those days. I was assured that it couldddddd be done.
When I first contacted Webster. They seemed very interested in taking care of Your car, doing what's best but once you make that deposit their whole pretending to care act drops. If you wanna know any status or update. You have to call them only to hear them say no trucker wait for our call. I didn't feel at all that I was an important customer nor that they were even trying. This company is the lazy type of company. They can probably get the job done but with a lazy aspect, there was no drive to do what it takes to get my car transported.
Finally comes monday. I call once again like always to see what's going on. Nothing they have to say again. Tuesday morning I get this miracle email from Mark Anthony, a miracle worker who I had no idea was going to be an Angel and rescue me from this mess!!!! I can't tell you how stressful this was, knowing my family and I Will be at our new location and have absolutely no transportation. I decided to call Mark and just to see if maybe he can help me out with my situation that I just seem to understand why I can't get a trucker for my car. Asa I explained to him my situation he had 10x more information to give me than I was everrrrrrr told by Webster. After getting off phone with mark, I called Webster and told them I wanted to end my contract, I was thannnnnnnnn finally informed about all the information and how getting a trucker works that I was already told by Mark from our FIRST conversation on phone.
Now let me tell you Webster "policies"
Its a 1-10 business day window of finding you a trucker and you are not suppose to talk or work with any other broker so technically I broke that rule but it was the only option I had if I wanted the job to get done. I worked with Mark for 2 1/2 days and he has already found me a trucker for only $25 more than what Webster was offering. Now you tell me how Mark did it in 2 days and Webster has done squat!!! It was my mistake for trusting someone and making a deposit and Mark takes NOOO deposit at all until he finds you a trucker! If you wanna work with a company that doesn't keep in contact with you that doesn't inform you on all important informtion, Webster is for you. If you want a honest hard worker who does everything in his power to find a trucker , Mark is your guy! Feel free to contact me for his information and

We move on average 300 to 400 happy customers vehicles a month. I am sorry she is upset, however. We do tell ALL of our customer there is a 1-10 business day windows for pickup at the regular price. This is informed to customer by verbal and written. It is also in multiple locations on our website and email. We do not try to hide this fact of the shipping of cars. If a customer would like their car moved sooner, there are other options for expediting a move.
