Sue was magnificent. I called your company due to other auto transportation companies given us the run around. Sue was very empathetic to our needs and understood the importance of getting our car from Delaware to Texas. She was caring, honest and extremely helpful. Even when we were in route to Texas, I called her to confirm our pick up from our neighbor in Delaware. She not only assured she would make the outreach to the driver, but called me back once she spoke with him (Navara...I may have spelled his name incorrectly). Also after speaking with her, Navarro kept in constant contact with us and our neighbor in regards to pick up, location and drop of date. This put our mind at ease as this was our first time dealing with an auto transportation company. In closing, I would rate Sue a 100 out of 100. Fantastic person, providing best customer service and overall we were extremely satisfied. Also we rate Navarra the same as well. If have to call for another transportation company...we will call this company. Thank you.
