Very bad service and they just need money rather than customer satisfaction.
History: I quoted thru online for moving my vehicle from Charlotte, NC to Detroit, MI and I got lowest price 425$ from Reliable Auto Transport(Website URL: united-move.com) and they charge initially 175$ on my credit card as advance to pick up my vehicle, upon delivery i have to pay rest of balance per their discussion with representative(Michael).
However they sub contracted different carrier(six nations transport) to pick up my vehicle on 23rd July and I requested to drop off my vehicle at my hotel and friends address which he is not interested to deliver there, And the driver/representative are very rude and they never listen to my request and finally they pick their own warehouse address (Wayne, MI) which is 24 miles away from my location.
The driver mention to pay rest of balance as 500$ and i showed original quotation(425$) and i said i already paid 175$, but he did not agree on that. finally i called michael who orignally gave quotation and he confirm that he charged 175$ as broker charges to book this service which he did not mention upfront before signing contract. All liars.
I never recommed this service to anyone. by mistake i opt them!!!!!!!!!!!!
