I had to ship my car from Ohio to Texas. A different dealer provider let me down. I contacted MR. GROOM who from the very first moment took care of my request. Customer service following up my request was outstanding. KEVIN kept giving me a daily update on the process of my request. Car was collected in Dayton Ohio on Saturday 5th July and delivered in San Marcos, Texas Monday 7th in the afternoon. Overall, I highly recommend this company: Amazing customer service, excellent management, punctuality an reasonable fees.
