I was very skeptical of the whole transport business after reading a lot of the horror stories that appear online about the industry. When I called Jean, it was explained that while bad things can and do happen, that Professional Auto Transport tried to live up to their name and handle all situations in a professional manner. She explained the process and exactly what would happen in a polite and friendly manner. I talked with a number of companies, but Jean impressed me and I booked with them. They picked up my vehicle on time, and delivered it in no time flat! I highly recommend this company!!!!!
