I called several companies since I started my search. As you know you get tons of calls and emails. Out of the thousand phone conversations with individuals trying to get my business; there was one person who stood out to me. Jenny Cruz treated me like a human being and not like a piece of meat. All of the other people were so unprofessional and at times just down right rude. From the moment I spoke to Jenny I knew I landed in the right place. She took care of me throughout the entire process. Every phone call I made was answered with the utmost professionalism. She answered every question I asked her and would call me with any update on my order. She put me in contact with the driver who was also very professional and kept in constant communication from pick up to delivery. I would recommend Jenny and her company to anyone looking to transport a vehicle. I cannot wait to use her again for my return trip and any future transports I will need.
