The carrier I was set up with was excellent - he coordinated pickup and was flexible, and was also helpful in coordinating a drop-off at a time that worked for our family. Having moved from Chicago to San Francisco, it was great to have the assurance and piece of mind that our vehicle was being transported safely for us - it was one less thing I had to worry about!
