Angels Moving Autos provided excellent customer service and kept us up-to-date during the entire process. The only hitch came when our vehicle, due to limited availability of cross-country carriers, was unable to be picked up during the original one-week window given to us by Angels Moving Autos. However, Angels was upfront about this possibility and even reduced their own commission in order to pay extra to secure a carrier without charging us more than the original quoted cost. We feel this demonstrated both excellent customer service and excellent business practice. Overall, Angels Moving Autos gave us a very satisfactory experience, and at no time did we feel either mistreated or regretful of our choice. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to schedule a cross-country vehicle delivery.
