This is my first experience to ship my vehicle to the mainland. This wasn't any vehicle to me, more like part of my family and I was very apprehensive to ship it at all. But after researching a few shipping companies I'm glad to have chosen this company. Their PR is excellent, as they would answer any inquires I had. They are up front with the price of shipping, no hidden fees and kept me updated as to when I should expect my car to arrive at the destination. Especially when I did inform them I needed the car to be there at a certain date and not later. Off my car went, and to my surprise they communicated with me a few days later, and informed me my vehicle would arrive a week earlier than expected. I was very glad to hear this, and overjoyed to see my car again. If I ever need to ship my car back over the Pacific Ocean, I'll definitely use this shipping company again
