I needed to ship my car across the country for a new job opportunity. It is a stressful task to move your entire life as it is, but having AmeriFreight handle one of those important tasks definitely made it just a little bit easier.
The customer service was excellent, as speaking with AmeriFreight from Day 1 was an easy process. When I booked my order one evening, I received a call the next morning with an assigned carrier. They were even kind enough to hold my car at the destination for a few days free of charge as I had not arrived yet.
I had so many fears from hearing horror stories from other friends of their experiences, but actually out of my whole move, shipping my car was the most seamless. Car was delivered with no issue, no damage. Maybe a little dirty, but definitely expected if it was transported across the country open container.
I even checked the odometer, and there was only 3 additional miles on it.
If I have to move and ship my car again, I will definitely use AmeriFreight to book a good carrier.
