Excellent carrier!

Montway was terrific, especially their customer service! They exceeded my expectations. First, Montway found me a carrier very quickly which was unexpected and great. Second, I had to cancel that carrier last minute (for reasons out of my control), and not only did Montway NOT penalize me for that (since it was my fault and the carrier had already been dispatched), but they found a replacement carrier for a day later. Further, when I compared rates to what Montway was charging, they were slightly cheaper. Finally, I called their customer service quite a bit (I had a lot of questions since I've never shipped a car before), and they were always responsive, informative, friendly, and service-oriented. I can recommend Montway without reservation and would hire them again. (By the way, other carriers said they'd pay me to write a review, but I'm writing this review of Montway voluntarily).
