Needed my car shipped cross country, so I looked online and found Amerifreight and they had great reviews. I got an online quote that it would be 1295 to ship from Georgia to Washington, so I was excited that it was pretty low payment to ship that far. I called and spoke with Jessica, she was pretty helpful, and she got my info and said she will have my car listed on june 5 and would give me a call back when they find a carrier and it would take 5 to 10 days, so I said fine. 5 days pass and I hear no word from them, I was getting a little worried but decided to stick it out. Another 9 days pass and still no word from them so i'm starting to get upset so I sent jessica an email to ask if I messed up any paperwork and to email back, but no reply. The next day I emailed again for an update and told them its been two weeks and i haven't hears from them. David sent me an email stating they found a carrier for my car a couple hours later. David was a good guy, unfortunately instead of the 1295 quoted they wanted 1550, its a large difference but I needed my car so I agreed. The car was picked up on june 21, but the carrier was cool and delivered my car in 4 days which was great. All in all I think they forgot about my car and would of never called back, but they are ok, just dont get excited about the quote price, it may be to good to be actually true.
