What is expected

I can't really complain about the little things that would normally upset me. I did get this delivery made with a decent price and it was quickly completed. The customer service during the initial process was great.

Prior to shipping, the car had a new paint job with no paint chips or damage to the body. When it had arrived, there were a couple of paint chips that weren't documented by the driver upon pickup. The car was also dirty, which is expected with an open trailer. During delivery, the delivery truck broke down in NM. The driver didn't even call me until the time it was supposed to be delivered, even after I contacted him. He ended up getting to the delivery address at 11 PM. That was kind of shady because I wasn't able to do a 100% thorough inspection that you can do during daylight, as I always do and felt rushed.

The driver did give me issues when I pointed out that there were new paint chips when it arrived, that weren't documented during pickup. I called the pickup point of contact to verify. He didn't want to take responsibility for them and even made remarks that were not appropriate and seemed kind of shady.

I do not wish to file any type of insurance claim or anything else as I have a good friend that can repair them for free. Just make sure you go over everything with the driver before loading the vehicle upon pickup and have your pickup person do the same. I had purchased the extra insurance that I really wish I had. It really wasn't worth it and would have been a pain to complete that process.

I would use this company again for delivering my cars. I would take better care during the pickup and delivery, and would actually file a claim next time, if the vehicle is damaged. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I paid less, and received less. Overall, I am happy that I received my car in a decent time and with minimal damages.
