Mike (broker) is professional and quick to answer call/email. Leon (dispatcher) was unprofessional. The trucker was courteous, but the car interior was all greased up. Leon called to give a pickup date, but no one showed till the 3rd day. He got upset with me when I said I have cash ready. He did not care the contract stated cash or cashier's check on delivery. Had to ask the Mike to get a handle on the Leon. What is going on inside that company?!
