Horrible was never told about 7 day window when I booked over the phone. Moved up the dates on both vehicles immediately to get to PA as quickly as possible. Then driver shows up to take both vehicles refuses to do so only takes one. Next day called and spoke to Ashley or Jessica who said they had another truck to take my jeep but they would call me back to confirm. 4 hours later I call back and they say nevermind because they heard this trucking co. had bad customer service (kind of like yours). Also I was asked repeatedly about lift height on jeep and tire sizes which I called and gave back immediately but every time I would call they would ask. My jeep was on board for over 10 days never got picked up. Called a new trucking co. and the next day they picked it up. Still in PA waiting on my car because you guys did not care.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Jeremy Lowe is dissatisfied with the service. We assigned his Tahoe in one day, but were not informed at time of ordering about his oversize tires and lift on his second vehicle, which caused the problem. We wish Mr. Lowe lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
