The transport driver picked up our daughters car and brought it back to Michigan for us. We have never done anything like this before - so picking a bid over the internet was a little hard. Becky -the company owner was very professional. We signed forms and her return confirmation emails and communication was prompt. The driver picked up the car-kept in contact with my husband - and the car arrived promptly. I also would like to mention that the price of transport was very competitive and the service was top notch.
