Alexandra was a wonderful contact person during the process of shipping my car from Oregon to Massachusetts. She was prompt in replying to my inquiries via phone or email, she gave me a reasonable quote, she found a carrier very quickly, and she gave me all of the contact information in order to keep track of my car. Although my vehicle arrived with a flat tire, Alexandra supported me through the process of contacting the carrier company and their insurance company in order to receive a refund for repairing the damage. I had a very positive experience with Auto Shipping Group, and highly recommend booking through Alexandra. She made the process of moving across the country bearable. Thank you Alexandra!
