This company was very reliable and even overly helpful to me. I had been told of a pick up date, and the original pick up date they did not end up being able to make as they hit a snag on someone else's order before mine. So I called the company asking where the truck was and they called a different number for me to get the information. They called me right back and this time explained the delay and made an exact appointment with me for the next day. The truck came early to pick up the car the next day. I also noticed on the web sight where I was not supposed to call the company, but to call that other number instead. So even I made a mistake, but they still were very apologetic and helpful to me when trying to reschedule the pick up date and time for the next morning. This was a great company over all for shipping my car from coast to coast, and also very easy on my pocketbook!! A satisfied customer!!
