I shipped a Jag XKR from a Jag dealer in Chicago to my home in Southern CA. When it arrived the passenger side mirror cover was missing but my wife didn't notice it when she took delivery from the actual trucking company FHT Auto Transport. FHT refused to replace the mirror cover so Ship A Car Direct said they would replace it and they did. I was amazed that they stepped up and replaced it since they were the broker and not the actual trucking company who lost it in transport. My entire experience with David was very positive and I would use Ship A Car Direct again without hesitation. I cannot say the same about FHT Auto Transport who I will try to never use again.
