Never Picked Up My Car!

I shipped my car from NY to Arizona a few years ago, and I used Fidelity. I had a stress-free transport with no issues. So when it came time for me to ship it back to NY, I chose them again. I spoke to a wonderful dispatcher and gave them 72 hours that they could pick up my car, like they asked. The first 48 went by and I received no 24-hour notice. I kept calling and they let me know they could not find a driver because I was in a non-populated area. Tucson has 400,000 people in it, so I know that wasn't the problem. After calling and trying to see if my car would be picked up, they stopped answering my number. When I used friends phones, they would answer. I had to jump ship last minute and use a different car company within 12 hours to pick up my car. Now, when I am trying to get my deposit back, I receive no answers still. A week after my car was delivered to NY via another company, Fidelity called me to let me know they finally had a truck in Tucson to pick up my car. This is an extremely unorganized and unprofessional company.

Unfortunately we can not respond to this complaint in order to help resolve or allow for any remediation. The customer name is SJ, and there is not a quote/order ID to reference. This more than likely a competitor writing a bad review in order to knock our ratings down. If you are a customer, please contact us so we can resolve any issues you may have had with us. Thank you.
