Lance was very helpful. Ask for him. He always answered when I called or emailed and he followed up with the service. He had the car shipped out less than a week after I had called and explained the process thoroughly. When the driver said he was going to be late, Lance called me and confirmed all of the details. I was very appreciative of his kindness and consideration.
