Right before our cross country from California to Florida, my wife and I decided at the last minute to keep our car versus selling it and had a small window to ship our car before moving. Chell contacted us immediately after submitting an online request and was able to coordinate shipment of our car on short notice within a week timeframe. We were cutting it real close but thankfully she was able to work some magic. She was great. She was understanding and worked very hard to assist us. She did a fantastic job of providing us with any information we needed and answering our questions. She seemed to truly care about getting our car promptly and safely to our destination almost as much as we did. She did not hesistate to call and provide us with updates or to follow up with us. She was also quick to return our phone calls. I wish all people in customer service was as good as Chell. Instead of arriving on the evening of the scheduled delivery date, our car arrived bright and early the next morning but the carrier did a good job with contacting us and giving us advance notice of late delivery. Even though our car came in a little late we are satisfied customers because being several hours behind schedule for such a long trip was not too unreasonable. We are so happy to have our car here with us. Overall our experience was excellent.
