I had a wonderful overall experience. I booked the shipping 2 months in advance so the person i talked to for booking had moved on to next job and i came in touch with Felicia, who was completely thorough right from day 1 of her introduction to delivery of my vehicle. She always was available either on phone or email- unlike other companies who could care less to answer your calls once you have booked with them.
She understood completely the stress of moving and hence took over the stress of shipping my vehicle on to her shoulders without me having to worry about anything. I had to leave town june 16th and my vehicle could not be picked up till late evening on june 16th or june 17th- Felicia arranged for me to drop my car off to one of her other trusted contacts in the region in buffalo, NY, where i left my vehicle and got the vehicle delivered to me in san antonio Texas- a day earlier than projected delivery. My car was in perfect condition and nothing was missing. This was my first experience for shipping a car but was very very pleasant one. Now i know who to call to ship my automobile. I have also referred one of my friends to them, who is also very happy with the service.
Personal touch by people like Felicia make this experience worth remembering.
