Reviews scared me after truck did not show on pick up date

I used them to transport a 2007 Harley, I purchased for my wife. I set it up and paid for the service. They sent me a email stating the bike would be picked up betwwen the 3rd and 6th of June. The trucking company CRSTcalled me 7 days early wanting to schedule pick up of the bike the next day. Because we were told that the bike would not be picked up for another week could not get payment there in time.

The next week came and nobody called to schedule pick. Looked on website and saw the pick up date had been changed to the 10th of June. No one called to say there a change or a problem. I had to call and ask. They said the trucking company that had my contract had there truck break down and it was being repaired.

Thats when I looked up reviews and saw nothing but bad ones. Panic set in.

Called CRST and they verified the truck for my pick up was indeed being worked on and would pick up the bike on the 10th.

They picked up on the date scheduled and delivered 1 day early.

Happy with the delivery. But you guys could improve a 100% by just keeping worried customers informed. Things happen and if we know we will feel a little better about it if we know. Not when the truck does not show.

Overall Happy the bike made it and was in good shape.
