Kirk Dorr was the first person that I spoke with, and he was polite and informational. Communication between Auto Shipping Group and the shippers were good so as a customer I wasn't left trying to figure out who said what and when things happened. Car was picked up on time, the shippers made sure of that, and was dropped off on time also. The shipper explained that there were a leakage from another car onto my car during the transport, and they cleaned my car well before I came to pick it up. There was no damage to my car. I appreciate the honesty from the shipper and no items were missing. Overall, it's a trustworthy company from my experience.
