I was very nervous about shipping my son's auto clear across the country. Alexandra set my mind at ease and answered all my questions. She took the time to listen to my concerns and dealt with me in a very professional, kind manner. She also followed up with several phone calls during the process.
She was a great "middle man" between the carrier and myself! I felt much relief when the car arrived, and she again checked on how the process went.

The delivery was a day late and the car was very dirty with oil drops on the top of the car. The car
was to be delivered in the afternoon but the driver insisted on an early morning delivery. This part
was not the agreement (which was for delivery to be after 12:00 noon. ) But, it did all work out!

Thanks a lot to Alexandra and her efficient, helpful manner! She is an employee I would
recommend with high ratings!!!
