This company was recommended by a previous broker I used in 11/2013 to transport my 1st 2 vehicles from KS to Maine who, due to health issues, has closed her business. However, what a COMPLETELY different experience.

These fellas really know nothing about customer service. It has been a month in process trying to get my Buick LaCrosse and Sunnybrook trailer HAULED from Lawrence, KS to Bangor, ME. There has been a lack of response to phone calls, e-mails and broken promises/guarantees all the way. So very frustrating. In addition, I am only 50% done.

They took the easy money - transported the car (cost me > 115% of the fee charged 6 months ago and only transporting a SINGLE auto) which arrived with the beige leather drivers seat, sill, and cloth door cross beam soiled badly with black road dirt and grease. This was a PRISTINE Buick LaCrosse - ain't so much so any longer. I realize they have little control once they contract a driver, but surely they are aware when drivers don't clean up before entering your cars. Others must complain! Note to self, put a plastic guard on your seat, paper sill protector, and tape or something on the cross beam. I have NO idea how we will ever get the stains/dirt off the cloth :(

Given the original plan to haul everything failed, in order to get the trailer ready to tow, I not only incurred the expense of repairs (which I could do myself if it were in ME). I also am now saddled with multiple tow fees and continued storage fees. No one at WeWillTransportIt will respond to me any longer. They pick up the phone - put me on HOLD for 10-15 minutes, pick-up and disconnect the call, send me to voice mail, or answer and promise to call back.....and they don't. You get a different person every time who pretends not to know what's going on, but promises to get to you....and they don't. Just like the trailer they promised to pick up after I had everything serviced ....and didn't. Left me holding the bag on the travel trailer and numerous tow charges back and forth to ready for transport which will apparently never happen....at least they aren't willing to help. Took the easy money and ran for the hills.

If I had a choice....and you all do.....I would avoid this company!
