We dealt with Dustin at AmeriFreight, and he was very honest and knowledgeable about the process of shipping our car from California to Florida. He made us feel much more comfortable about the entire thing. The company that actually shipped the car was fine. The driver picked up the car on time. He estimated a Friday delivery and it didn't arrive until Monday, but that was because he was scheduled for another pickup that had not been anticipated. Overall, it didn't hurt our experience. We were kept informed about the delay in plenty of time and were able to make other arrangements. Overall, we were extremely happy with the entire experience.
