Did NOT Get It Done

The initial quote was in March for Transport of Sonata from Phoenix to Seattle. All of the information provided by Get It Done and the related testimonials and reviews indicated that this was a good company to work with. In early May, I requested & received a requote to ship the car. Car was available on 6/3 for a delivery on 6/9. On May 15th the quote was confirmed and the order entered. From that point forward it appears that nothing was done to coordinate with carriers or drivers. Responses to emails or voice mails (Maria never answered the phone) and emails were either never answered or short replies like will get you an update soon were provided. In the end they did NOT get it done. From May 23 through June 2nd I called them almost everyday and sent multiple emails. On May 29th, Maria said that she had a carrier and that driver would be provided soon. The next day a child answered the phone, some man got on and said he would have Maria call me and, of course, that never happened. On May 30th, a man named Dave answered and said he would have the drivers name to me by COB that day. The next 3 days I called, emailed, and basically pleaded for confirmation. Nothing. Finally, I sent an email and said I was done with them on June 2. I tried to work other companies on short notice after this and that failed also. In the end my daughter had to drive by herself from Arizona to Seattle. This was a disaster and I would never ever use this company. Terrible and horrible experience.

1st I would like to sincerely apologize to Ken.I want to make it clear Ken wasnt charged a dime. We NEVER charge a deposit until the vehicle is picked up, in fact in this case we didn't even have addresses. Per Maria, Ken called her asking about a quote he received a while back, the quote was expired, that rate was no longer valid. Maria told Ken she would look into this w/ no obligation to see if she could locate a carrier at the expired rate. It proved hurtful for both parties Ken wasn't able to get his car picked up in the time frame he needed and we received a bad review for trying to help.I did reach out to Ken to see if there was something I can do to make this a little better, he replied via text No thanks Sorry its to late. With a total of 14 negative reviews out of 600 plus, it shows our clients happiness is first priority. We thank ken for his feed back and once again apologize, i assure you something like this will never happen again. Thank you Dave Pein 888-325-1899
