Very pleasant shipment

My experience was positive. I requested a quote online and received many phone calls. John was the 2nd person I spoke with and his honesty is what drew me in after having listened to everyone who contacted me. I did have an issue with a separate company which listed my car as their own, and John explained how that confuses drivers since they are not sure who actually has the order. I contact that other company to have them remove the listing AS I RECOMMEND to ANYONE with this issue. Once they removed the fake order, John called me hours later with driver information. I felt the broker fee of $200 was fair and paid via PayPal. The driver did not expect any more money than what is on my contract and both pickup and delivery times were ok. John sent a courteous driver who was very sweet to my mother who is in her 90’s. MY father also said the driver explained the entire process before loading the car so they can feel better about this unique process.
