Having a requirement to have a vehicle transported from California to North Carolina, I contacted several auto transport brokers. Transport brokers have no direct employees actively involved in the capacity as drivers of transport vehicles, but serve as an intermediary in procuring the services of auto transport carriers. My direct contact with Jeff Vigue as representative on behalf of the Auto Shipping Group, was informative, concise and professional. My questions were answered in a manner that clearly described the terms, conditions and obligations of all parties involved. Jeff personally provded notice when the vehicle was scheduled for pick-up, the anticipated deliver date and time, in addition to the confirmed date and time as provided by the driver. I would like to acknowledge that the company that was selected to transport the vehicle met my expectations regarding time in transport and the condition of the vehicle upon arrival.
