"Brad your voicemail cracks me up every time I listen to it- Anyway, I'll harass you like your voicemail asks me to, so I'll call you again, and I'll text you, because you told me that you were gonna give me a five star review when I got your car shipped, and I did it so quick. [Someone shouts from across the room]- oh yeah, he's probably sleeping- Brad are you sleeping?! Please, call me at [phone number]. I'm gonna e-mail you, and text you, and call you over and over again until you do what you said you were gonna do, cause I did what I said I was gonna do! I shipped your vehicle! [giggles] Okay Brad, give me a call. I'll talk to you soon. Bye."

In terms of shipment, everything was perfect and the driver was incredibly nice and easy to communicate with.

Glory was helpful during the time of the transaction, as was Felicia, who filled in for her while she was out on the second day. But each of the first few phone calls ended with one of the two workers "looking forward" to seeing my review on this website. The follow-up phone call from Glory on the day of my pick-up ended with her asking for a "big favor" and that I leave a positive review so that she can get a raise.

That much was fine, but what came next approached the line of total absurdity. In the following days, Glory called my cell phone 10 times (sometimes three times in a row since I'd never picked up) and left 4 voicemails, each of them more creepily guilting me into a five-star review that I'd apparently promised, so that she could get a raise for her annual review. Each of them are colloquial to the extent that a friend of mine worried that she might break up with me.

She also left four e-mails, the final of which saying "I tried to reach you by phone, but was unsuccessful the last couple days. I was hoping that you could do me a small favor that will have big results for me. I am up for my annual review on Friday and my boss looks at my 5 star ***** transport reviews and may give me a raise if I have so many."

Avoid at all costs if you expect that 800 dollars is enough for a service provider to go without stalking you to promote them. I do not work in marketing and I feel sorry for the hundreds of other reviewers who may have been given the same treatment and pressured to advertise this overpriced business.

Brad, my name is Terry Williams and I am the President and CEO of ASG, rarely do I weigh in on these reviews from our valued clients but I felt I needed to put in my two cents. We live and die with what our clients say about us. We embrace this site and the honest opinions of the clients who posts here. We provide bonuses to our reps for positive reviews and we penalize for bad ones. After reading this review I pulled the audio tape of your initial conversation with Glory. In that conversation you promised Glory that if she did a good job at getting your vehicle moved and provided 5 STAR Customer Service you would provide a review based on her performance. In your overview of Glory's service you admitted that Glory and our truck partner did a fine job at getting your car moved but you were "put off" by the numbers of times Glory tried to get you to keep your word on providing her with a review. While I would admit Glory may have went a bit too far in the number of times she attempted to get you to keep your promise, (if what you are saying is true) This unpleasant situation could have been avoided had you done one of two things. A. Tell glory that you didn't want to do the review or B. simply kept your word. I will personally talk to Glory and tell her that I applaud her efforts and that some folks, (in this case you) will simply just give lip service and not follow through. I am pleased that you got your vehicle in timely manner, undamaged and kept up to date on the progress, which is our goal for every valued client.
