I signed a contract on May 14 that stated I would be paying no more than $750 ($150 to the broker, $600 to the carrier). I was promptly the broker's fee, of $150.

On May 21, the carrier did not show up to pick my car up. The following day, not only was an additional $150 taken out of my account, I was also expected to pay an additional $50 to the new carrier, whom I never consented to.

In a nutshell, I was charged $200 more than I agreed to pay. Personally, I think I should get that + the broker's pay back, since the broker did absolutely nothing right during this episode. Please help get the word out.

Mark Anthony manthony@eshipautotrans.com (954) 300-1550 .... I have to disagree w Mr Raqib review , the first truck had break down and could not make it as sceduled . Eship called Raqib and made aware and said would get another carrier . We at Eship DO NOT CHARGE UNTIL DISPATCHED , as was case w Mr Raqib , on second carrier the carrier asled an addtl $50 in which we clearly stated and Mr Raqib said OK . At which point vehicle was assigned again , an error of ESHIP at second dispatch his card on file was charged a 2nd time , caught the next am and WAS REFUNDED extra $150 that was charged . Mr raqib is computer guy and trying to get more money back than owed and than LIES . Eship prides on honesty and explaining to ALL CLIENTS PROCESS THOURUOGHLY ! Please take your time and read all other GREAT REVIEWS on ESHIP .
