Car arrived in perfect condition at price quoted

Unlike my experience with another broker that promised to transport my car for a price and then called to let me know the price would be higher if I wanted to get it picked up, D2D provided a quick quote that was better than the rest, then kept the price as quoted even though the transport price was $100 more than expected. The original quote was for $895 with $195 to D2D and $700 to the shipping company (paid cash upon delivery). When the final shipping price came in at $800 rather than $700, I was expecting the same "the price went up if you want us to ship your car" call that I received from another larger auto transport company; however, I instead received confirmation that the $895 price quoted was still valid and that $95 would be charged to my credit card and I would pay $800 cash to the driver upon delivery. The pickup was one day after originally expected, thus also delaying the delivery by one day; however, based on how everything went, I still consider it "on time" for the purposes of this review as a range should be expected for pickup and delivery. Within a day of the originally forecasted pickup date and having the vehicle arrive in perfect shape at the same price quoted was the goal. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They seem more casual than the other companies and do not have the fancy website, ONGOING adds on your phone and computer (I still get from one of the other companies), etc., but the price was right, they did the work as promised, and they were easy to deal with. Thanks! You get all 5 starts from me. My faith in humanity is restored for the moment.
