Earlier this week I called Auto Shipping Group, in large part, because I was frustrated at the customer service experience provided by a competitor (ie another company that shall not be named) . They were horrible at communication and left me, figuratively, in the dark. In turn, I decided to call Auto Shipping Group for assistance. Glory served as my customer service agent and she did a phenomenal job.

She walked me through the process, made sure I understood the terms and conditions, and above all, made me feel comfortable with entrusting your company with my car. Glory was vert patient in regards to my questions and did a great job at following up with accurate - and timely - information. Having been in the service industry before, I understand that these jobs are not easy and I appreciate when someone is willing to project a positive attitude about their work, and Glory is no exception to this.

My experience with this company was great and would recommend it to anyone.
