Hi,

I transported my car for first time. I had selected this carrier, they responded on time and everything went as per initial conversation. I guess it also depends on person to person who is handling your case. My case was handled by Randy. He was responsive to my queries and made sure my car arrives on time and other procedures go smoothly.
