Getting my car from the east coast to the west coast was made so much easier with the help of Kim - she never made me wait for a reply to my emails and was always available for my phone calls, dealing with every small question I had, and I appreciated all of her help! My car was in perfect condition upon arrival - there were a few bumps along the way, especially when communicating with the driver, but all I had to do was call or email Kim, and she smoothed every one right out - thanks Kim!
