My car was supposed to be shipped from Utah to SC. We were told they would have my car delivered to the destination within 2 weeks. Over 3 weeks went by, and during that time we were calling and looking online to find out where it was and when it would arrive. The only answers we received were, "the dispatch hasn't given us any more information." No one was helpful over the phone, and the online update never changed. Finally, we found out it was in Georgia. I drove 2 hours to pick it up. It had been sitting in the parking lot there for 2 weeks, and no one let us know it was there. When I picked it up, the battery was completely dead. Dealing with DAS was a nightmare. I will never recommend them to anyone.
