Was really worried about shipping our one and only car. But they did an awesome job. It was a good choice.
They just got the deposit when a driver has been dispatched. Although the truck won't be able make it in our address we truly understand because we are located in a one way street and the fact that it is an 18 wheeler truck. On the day of pick up which was a Tuesday they asked us if they could pick up the car and drive it to the location of the truck. What my husband did was he drove it to the location and have his friend pick him up instead, he was more comfortable that way. When he met Ivan and Michael they said they said they're gonna start driving the next day and their eta to the delivery location would be on a Monday which was 6 days. On the day of the delivery they called at around 11 am and informed us that they'll be arriving 2-4 pm.at 2:45 pm they arrived.
