They had trouble finding a carrier that could hold the car for a week. Instead of telling me they expected this trouble, they didn't, and I had to scramble for a backup plan the day before I left. But they did help me find a carrier with one day's notice. The carrier themselves were a bit difficult to work with, but I don't blame Amerifreight for that.
