Car was delivered with very large scratch on left hand side. Driver insisted it was always there, refused to make a note of it on the delivery paperwork, and told me to take it up with the company. Sent an email and left a voicemail. Reviewing the fine print, it says all damage is subject to a $500 deductible. Pretty much I am without recourse no matter what. Will wait and see what happens, but am very unhappy with this company.
