The process was generally smooth. It ended up costing a bit more than the original quote in order to get the car out on time, but the option was given to wait for a lower price. Matthew did a good job of explaining the process and keeping us all informed when the truck broke down. Given the truck problem there was only a one day delay, which was not bad and we knew what was going on the whole time. I would use them again.
