Eric at Mercury Auto Transport explained the entire process to me as a "first timer." He was knowledgeable and patient every step of the way. He assured me that he cares about people and being honest but really demonstrated it by reducing his brokerage fee to adjust to the increased transport charge. He could have easily had passed on the extra charge but instead decided to win a customer for life.
We have every confidence that we made the correct decision to call Eric at Mercury Auto Transport.
